Force Majeure

Events outside 1sidecar.com llc control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that 1sidecar.com llc is released from 1sidecar.com llc obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain isidecar.com llc property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from 1sidecar.com llc.


Additional Information

1sidecar.com llc reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, 1sidecar.com llc has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. 1sidecar.com shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return Policy
20% restocking fee
The buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item if they want to return an item.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for all fees and damage that may occur to the product during the return.

Our Sidecars are potentially dangerous. Improper operation,  Improper installation, maintenance, or hazardous road conditions can lead to accidents causing serious injury or death. Customer understands this risk and will exercise extreme caution in installing and operating this sidecar rig.

Customer understands that 1sidecars.com is NOT a manufacturer and manufactured by third parties including a company located in India.

Customer takes responsibility for the installation of sidecar and any additional precautions necessary to ensure the safety of their sidecar rig. Customer agrees to read and follow the warnings accompanying the sidecar before installation and operation.

Customer agrees to enclose a copy of warnings provided by 1sidecar.com llc and provide these warnings in the event of a sale of the sidecar to a third party. Customer agrees to give verbal warnings of the potential dangers of sidecars to third parties that they allow to operate and/or ride in their sidecar.
